Each one of our felt hand puppets is expertly crafted using pure wool felt (no artificial felt here!) As each piece is handmade by (perhaps) different hands, each hand puppet will differ ever so slightly from the next one, and have it's own unique character. This is a feature of a handmade item and only adds to their individual charm.
We offer a simple love it or return it guarantee on all full priced items within 30 days of your order being placed. If for whatever reason you don't LOVE it, simply send it back to us for a refund, store credit or exchange. Please contact us first and ensure the items/s are in original condition, and are back in the post to us within the 30 day period.
